From start to finish this was all made easy with the help of Earl in the office and Joel and his helpers on the job. Earl was quick to respond on calls and email and arranged the replacement of 3 roller doors in my unit complex through myself and the strata. Earl then arranged the day for install and Joel came in ( early as well) and removed the 3 doors in about 30 mins on his own which was impressive. Joel's helpers then arrived to assist him in a very quick but smooth & great job installing the 3 doors & did not leave until All the doors and reinstalled older motors where running perfect. Our garage door was stuck open and created a security issue. We put the request in late in the evening and Earl's team contacted us first thing the next morning to say they could attend that morning. Communication was excellent and Mitty and Nick were even a bit early. The job was completed quickly we have not had any trouble since. We highly recommend this company.
Recently used this company. I found everything to be excellent. After my initial payment of half the bill, they gave me time to save the second half which helped me a lot, being on a pension. The guys that installed the door had some issues due to gap in roof, but found a solution & were fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

Last night I had a mishap with my automatic roller door which resulted in it off rollers and in all sorts of trouble. We got it sort of 2/3 the way closed. 6.45 this morning I called these guys. Spoke to Earl who was amazing. Very reassuring, juggling a few things and at 8.15 ( not even 2 hours later) the roller door was fixed by a couple of young, friendly and very professional guys. Price was unreal and cannot recommend this company highly enough

From the very beginning, the experience from quote through to installation was excellent, and the installation itself was completed professionally. We later encountered some issues with the garage door alignment and one of the remotes stopping working, along with some delays in getting everything resolved. While this was frustrating initially, the way it was ultimately handled made a big difference. Earl was outstanding throughout the process. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. His communication was clear and prompt, and he personally ensured that the issues were followed through properly. He arranged for Daniel and his colleague to attend, and they took the time to fix the door alignment correctly and supply a replacement remote. The garage door is now operating smoothly and exactly as it should. I really appreciate Earl’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Earl and his team.

Had an issue with my garage door being stuck open - after calling 3 other companies prior to getting onto Daniel at Coast to Valley, he was the only person that thought to provide me technical help over the phone (to get it closed) before he was able to get out to my place the following week and investigate the issue.
