I had them come out and look at my noisey and intermittent garage door. The technicians provided excellent communications by providing early notice of attendance and working with me on arrival time. The technicians were very polite and very professional. The technicians quickly identified and rectified the problems with my garage door. The technicians also did a service on the door and it is now operating like a new door. I couldn’t be happier. Whilst at my place the technicians had a quick look at my rear shed roller door and provided me with advice on how to make it operate better. I could not be happier with the service provided. His time on the phone was friendly and professional and of great assistance. My door was fixed, serviced and batteries replaced in my remotes the same morning and the price was definitely fairer than I expected. Also I'm very happy with the done. Very pleased with the service of my garage door by Coast to Valley Doors. Daniel and his offsider attended promptly. They were courteous, efficient and explained what I could expect in the future. I recently purchased my home and was unaware of a few issues with regards to maintenance. Up until the service the garage door certainly wasn’t functioning very well and as a result bolts were falling out. Now it is working perfectly
I had sort of an emergency situation where my garage door couldn’t close and was safety compromised and I called nearly a dozen businesses before these guys all unable to attend same day whereas these guys shifted things around to fit me in for which I’m very grateful for… very polite pleasant personality and they explained everything and wasn’t too expensive… highly recommended

The Garage door spring broke new years eve. First thing In the morning I tried calling garage door companies only to get a voice message that they are closed this time of year. Then almost beaten,I tried Coast to Valley Garage Doors and my call was answered by a friendly voice. Earl was amazing. He got me to take a couple of quick measurements and quickly confirmed waa able to help as he had the spring. Within an hour Mitch was here installing the spring and serviced the door. Earl was the only provider who answered my phone call immediately. He was keen to assist with the repair and fitted in with my time constraints. Mitch, the technician, arrived on time and I appreciated the link to his travel, similar to Uber. Mitch quickly determined the problem and set about installing a new motor. He was skillful and competent while ensuring that the door operated correctly and all the remotes, including my existing ones, were operational. I was very satisfied with the service and dealing with pleasant people.
