Yesterday, garage door motor developed a fault, and Earl responded exceptionally quickly. He arranged for a technician to inspect it straight away, who confirmed the fault. As promised, the technician came early the next morning and replaced the motor under warranty, and even paired my existing remotes with the new motor. I must also endorse the high level professionalism of Josh, the technician. Throughout the entire process, Earl and his technician Josh was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. It's reassuring to know there are businesses that genuinely stand behind their workmanship and honour their warranty without any hassle. Excellent customer service, prompt communication, and quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coast to Valley Garage Doors to anyone looking for a reliable garage door company. Have used their services multiple times over the years. * replacement motor for double garage door - SD1200 * servicing of the garage door & motor * adding auto locking bolt on the inside of the garage door * adding a garage door to the carport that also matched the existing garage door (colour and design). I recently had a roller door installed on my carport and loved it so much I had another roller door installed on my garage alongside it to replace an older tilt door. I was very impressed with Coast to Valley from the initial contact and measure up. My builder had to finish off a job and they guys came back to remeasure the carport door space to ensure it would be an exact fit. Loving my new doors and very, very happy with the communication and excellent service of Earl, Daniel and the guys. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a new garage door.

We had our 18-month service check completed and the lads were friendly, quick, and really informative throughout the whole process, which included a live tracker when they confirmed they were on their way to our home. From start to finish this was all made easy with the help of Earl in the office and Joel and his helpers on the job. Earl was quick to respond on calls and email and arranged the replacement of 3 roller doors in my unit complex through myself and the strata. Earl then arranged the day for install and Joel came in ( early as well) and removed the 3 doors in about 30 mins on his own which was impressive. Joel's helpers then arrived to assist him in a very quick but smooth & great job installing the 3 doors & did not leave until All the doors and reinstalled older motors where running perfect. Our garage door was stuck open and created a security issue. We put the request in late in the evening and Earl's team contacted us first thing the next morning to say they could attend that morning. Communication was excellent and Mitty and Nick were even a bit early. The job was completed quickly we have not had any trouble since. We highly recommend this company.
Recently used this company. I found everything to be excellent. After my initial payment of half the bill, they gave me time to save the second half which helped me a lot, being on a pension. The guys that installed the door had some issues due to gap in roof, but found a solution & were fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

Last night I had a mishap with my automatic roller door which resulted in it off rollers and in all sorts of trouble. We got it sort of 2/3 the way closed. 6.45 this morning I called these guys. Spoke to Earl who was amazing. Very reassuring, juggling a few things and at 8.15 ( not even 2 hours later) the roller door was fixed by a couple of young, friendly and very professional guys. Price was unreal and cannot recommend this company highly enough

From the very beginning, the experience from quote through to installation was excellent, and the installation itself was completed professionally. We later encountered some issues with the garage door alignment and one of the remotes stopping working, along with some delays in getting everything resolved. While this was frustrating initially, the way it was ultimately handled made a big difference. Earl was outstanding throughout the process. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. His communication was clear and prompt, and he personally ensured that the issues were followed through properly. He arranged for Daniel and his colleague to attend, and they took the time to fix the door alignment correctly and supply a replacement remote. The garage door is now operating smoothly and exactly as it should. I really appreciate Earl’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Earl and his team.
