Earl was the only provider who answered my phone call immediately. He was keen to assist with the repair and fitted in with my time constraints. Mitch, the technician, arrived on time and I appreciated the link to his travel, similar to Uber. Mitch quickly determined the problem and set about installing a new motor. He was skillful and competent while ensuring that the door operated correctly and all the remotes, including my existing ones, were operational. I was very satisfied with the service and dealing with pleasant people.
